FINAL DAY of the hip opening challenge - Day 14 - Stretchers Choice!

The link attached will take you to ALL 26 stretches that we've covered over the last 2 weeks.  Choose your 2 favorites as your Day 14 stretches to complete.  And please share which ones you've chosen!

If you took some before and after photos and would like to share them, please do so here!  Even if you don't have pictures, I'd love to hear if you've noticed any changes physically.

One thing to keep in mind, as with anything we do, consistent action is key.  If you've seen some great results, try and keep doing your 15 minutes a day with these kinds of stretches.  Unfortunately, it's one of those things that will diminish if you stop completely.  However, having said that, these videos will be available to you whenever you feel like want to redo this challenge or need a refresher on any of these stretches.
