Demo link attached.  You might need some cushions and you will need a table top/kitchen counter.

Don't forget the basics....

  1. It doesn't matter what you look like,

  2. Stay limp, loose and relaxed,

  3. Breathe,

  4. Time yourself for the full 5 minutes.
