  • Black Belt Leopard Posture

  • Black Belt Leopard Fist

  • Complete 100 Black Belt thrust punches into a heavy bag from a horse stance in 1 minute

  • Complete 20 Black Belt thrust kicks into a heavy bag from a bow stance in 1 minute (each leg)

  • Complete 300 metre shuttle run in 113 seconds

  • Skip rope for 15 revolutions

  • Pass ball around body 20 times in 18 seconds

  • Soccer dribble ball through serpentine course twice in 20 seconds

Canada and Community Appreciation

  • Visit a community leader and learn about the duties of the job or office and explain what you have learned

  • List six ways in which Canada helps or works with other nations

  • Name the Prime Minister of Canada

  • Name the Premier of Alberta

  • List the names of five people from any country that you think are good citizens and explain why

Health and Safety

  • Complete SASS worksheet with your parents

  • Name the four major food groups

  • Plan the meals for you and your family for a day. List things your family should have from the four food groups

  • Explain the effect of cholesterol on the body and name sources of cholesterol

  • Identify ways of decreasing the chance of heart disease and why they work

Family and Nature

  • Keep your room clean and explain why it is important

  • Write three ways to make where you live more beautiful. Then do them
