Hip Opening Day 2 - Needle at the Wall and Frog

Demo videos in link.  You'll need to be next to a wall and might need a couple cushions and maybe a stool.

A couple new points to think about,

  1. Sifu Thomson mentioned this at our last fitness class and I thought I'd repeat it here....you do NOT want to do stretches of this length prior to exercising.  These aren't intended as warm-ups.

  2. The modifications are just as beneficial as the main pose.  As long as you are feeling a stretch that's what matters.
